Refund policy

y99999.pk does not charge you to read guides or to tap Download APK. We cannot refund JazzCash or EasyPaisa deposits you made inside Y999 Game, because we never received that money.

In-app payments

Deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals are between you and the app operator. Use in-app support after Y999 login. Duplicate withdraw tickets often delay payouts.

Wrong APK

If you installed a file from a chat app, that is not our product. Uninstall it, scan the device, and only use the button on this domain.

Website errors

If a download.txt URL is broken, email hello@y99999.pk. We can fix the file on the server. That is not a cash refund.
